  Very good service. We had a flat tire, and the Guy at the mechanics noticed all of our tires were in bad shape, so he sold us 4 new tires. I hope it wasn't a scam, but i'm very happy with the 4 new tires and the service. He did a great job and was very friendly. Also the price wasn't too expensive.

  The service department has got to be the most unorganized department ever. All summer to get a safety done on a pickup. Parts were ordered and lost, they forgot to order parts. And once the safety was done after a 6 week period, they don't have the certification papers, have to wait another 3 weeks. Literally an entire summer. If that is not incompetence, I don't know what it is. Also the mechanic is completely useless. My vehicles will never go in their shop, and I'm more than happy to tell everyone about the most unorganized, incompetent shop in Wawa.
